Description of the holiday cottage

Church Farm is a National Trust farmhouse located in an idyllic rural location in a lovely part of Exmoor National Park, near Dunkery Beacon. A perfect base for exploring Exmoor, it is directly surrounded by open moorland, upon which Exmoor ponies and wild red deer roam freely.

• 3 bedrooms (one first floor double, one first floor twin, and one further first floor bedroom with both a double and single bed, all featuring Laura Ashley linen and curtains)

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer

• Large living-dining room with large stone fireplace and wood burning stove, and  Laura Ashley curtains and furnishings

• First floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet, and hand basin

• Additional ground floor toilet with hand basin

• Wifi, central heating, and electricity included in cost. (Please note, mobile phone signal cannot be obtained at the property, but some networks work a short distance away)

• Pets welcome (max. 2, supplement of £15 per dog)

• Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am

• Owners on-site (in small part of the farmhouse converted to a one-bedroom apartment with separate access) and on hand to answer any questions or address any guest needs
