Description of the holiday cottage
Charlottes Rest is a three bedroom house, situated in a quiet area within the fishing town of Mudeford in Christchurch, close to the harbour and just five minutes from the beach.
Internally, the property offers a light and airy feel with a high standard of finish throughout complete with gas central heating. Externally, guests can enjoy the front and rear gardens, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area.
Within walking distance there are a range of amenities and Mudeford Wood, offering peaceful walks and cycle trails. Mudeford Quay is only ten minutes’ walk away, which is a great place to spend an afternoon. The area is a haven for watersport enthusiasts and the quay offers the perfect opportunity to have a go yourself.There are two beautiful beaches within easy reach, Mudeford Sandbank and Avon Beach. Mudeford Sandbank can be accessed by ferry from the quay and is home to some of the most sought after beach huts in the country. Avon Beach is a popular sandy beach with a wide range of beach facilities making it a popular choice for families.
Bournemouth can be reached within a 20 minute drive; this popular seaside town offers a vast choice of shops, bars and restaurants.
