Description of the holiday cottage
Captain's Cottage is a charming Grade II former fisherman's cottage situated just across the road from the beach and close to the harbour. This delightful cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each of the bedrooms have a double bed and stunning sea views. This is a charming cottage full of character with many period features. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and slim line dishwasher. The sitting room is charming and cosy, featuring an inglenook fire place with log burner. To the rear of the property there are two separate terrace areas, the upper terrace looks over roof tops where you can enjoy the sea view. One well behaved dog is welcome at Captain's Cottage.
There are two pubs serving food within walking distance of the cottage. Minehead is a delightful seaside town where you will find a variety of shops and retaurants and it sits on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Exmoor National park is great for leisurley walks, adventurous hikes, cycling and enjoying spectacular country views.
