| Cottage Review:
We had a lovely stay .The cottage has a fabulous open fire. The place was spotlessly clean with everything you would need , kitchen equipment etc all there. Bottle of wine , milk etc on arriving was a lovely touch . Neighbours friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and good sized rooms. Would love to return for longer next time lot . It was a home from home. The black Labrador pub is literally a house away. I?ve written a separate review for that as it was also amazing . |

| Cottage Review:
We were fortunate enough to be able to book Brookfield Cottage, Underbarrow in the absolutely fabulous Lake District for a fortnight this year and it couldn't have been any better...the location for touring the Lake District puts you in the country (and a short walk away from the 5 star Black Labrador pub...which perfectly represents your high end but not snobby British pub!) The cottage is well appointed and the appliances (full size dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, washing machine and tumble dryer) could not have been nicer. Comfy sitting room |

| Cottage Review:
Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Lovely pub to walk to with very friendly and helpful neighbours. Everything you need was there washing up liquid tea towels tea coffee and even milk and fizz on arrival what more can you ask for. Definitely recommend. |
