| Cottage Review:
My extended family enjoyed a wonderful week at Bracken Howe to celebrate my 60th birthday. It's a beautiful house, stunningly furnished and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub (even in the rain). Very friendly and helpful hosts. The house is exceptionally well equipped, was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. We didn't make use of the provided Sky Sports, excellent music system, DVDs, board games, etc, as we were busy out walking or just enjoying family time together, but there is plenty to do if the weather turns bad, and the house is just a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Ambleside (yet is wonderfully quiet). Thoroughly recommended. |
