Bourne View is a self catering holiday cottage in the heart of the award winning and historic village of Porlock. With two double bedrooms (one a kingsize), a separate lounge and dining room, well equipped kitchen and family bathroom, Bourne View is the ideal holiday cottage for that weekend away or family holiday. The cottage is within a short walk of all the pubs, restaurants and shops within Porlock, but is quietly tucked away in a maze of small lanes behind the High Street. Bourne View has an open fire in the lounge for those cooler evenings out of season, a large flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player for lazy evenings in (together with a selection of dvd's), children's books and games and comfy leather sofas to spread out on in the evening. All linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels) and there is a welcome pack of essentials for stays of one week or more. Finally, if you needed more convincing, pets are free in the cottage - but downstairs, please, as they do tend to bring the countryside back in with them !
