This traditional, stone-built detached cottage offers high standard holiday accommodation and sleeps up to five people. This property is only a short walk from the centre of Blairgowrie and has been renovated to a high standard. There is a bright, modern well equipped kitchen, utility room and a ground floor bathroom, and the sitting room has a cosy feel with an electric coal effect fire, as well as additional sleeping facilities with a sofa bed. The two bedrooms are comfortable and tranquil, and outside there is a lawn and patio area with garden furniture. The centre of Blairgowrie is only a five minute walk away and for a wider range of shops and other amenities, Dundee is 19 miles away and Perth is 16 miles. This property offers a wonderful base from which to discover the rich heritage this area has to offer.Sleeps: from 0 to 5
