| Cottage Review:
We stayed at Bannatyne lodge for almost three weeks. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and always on hand if we needed anything. The lodge is very warm with a modern kitchen and is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend it at any time of year. |

We stayed at Bannatyne lodge for almost three weeks. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and always on hand if we needed anything. Located on the drive leading to professional attentive but not intrusive owner's own home. Large comfortable lodge, modern superior decor, spotlessly clean. Important for us was immediate parking adjacent to lodge. Secluded yet not isolated (3-4 minutes walk into Newtyle), friendly locals, useful shop / post office and award-winning butchers. Super local walks all around Newtyle based upon old railway lines. A good base for us as we explored south to Dundee and Fife, east to the coast, north to the mountains and glens, west to Perth and Pitlochry. And we h |
