Description of the cottage holiday
Badgers Cottage is in the heart of the traditional Dorset village of Langton Herring and is within walking distance of the famous Chesil Beach and renowned Fleet Lagoon. Views from the west end of the village of the Fleet are breathtaking. The cottage itself is just as one would imagine a typical cottage to be; thatched roof, white washed walls, an inglenook fireplace, and retaining its rustic charms of yesteryears. Almost opposite, The Elm Tree Inn, provides food and drink, as well as a friendly welcome. The cottage is situated between the sandy beach resort of Weymouth with its family appeal and attractions along with good dining and entertainment options and the more Westerly resorts of Bridport, with its lively market town feel and West Bay which has a sleepy seaside harbour feel. Badgers Cottage is therefore excellently placed for exploring the wonderful World Heritage Jurassic Coastline of Dorset.Sleeps: from 0 to 5
