Extremely disappointed with customer service. We booked holiday for few days in March 2020, which was cancelled by the owner of the property due to Covit 19. Almost 5 months later I still cannot get refund for the cancelled holiday. Trued to contact the owner of the property and the Sky Cottage with request of refund without success there was lot of premises made when stay was cancelled and I was able to communicate with the owner until I requested refund and I'm being ignored. Very poor customer service. Now I'll will have to try to dispute this with my c |
