Cottage Review:

The owners, Lois and Brendan, run a bed & breakfast next door to the cottage and they have ensured that guests have everything they need. Beautifully restored and decorated, with a very well appointed kitchen and large bathroom with excellent shower. The whole cottage is very well heated, with a log fire if you want it.

Great bedroom with views to die for and a very comfortable bed. This really is a perfect, cosy cottage to stay in to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. Our first visit to this area of Britain and we have been blown away by the towns, villages and, of course, the hills.

Croome House and gardens are well worth a visit. Great Malvern is an attractive and vibrant town - we saw a kingfisher in the beautiful Priory Gardens. Loads of great walks and country pubs everywhere. Totally recommend.

Cottage Review:

Just got back from a relaxing week staying at Woodland cottage. What a lovely place, so full of character. It's a perfect base for exploring the Malvern hills and beyond. Lovely eating in the cosy kitchen in the evening complete with candles and fairy lights. ( Might have to book again nearer Christmas!) Ate out at the local pub three times. Food excellent. Good curry night and Italian night. Quiz night was hilarious but probably not intentional. Thanks Lois and Brendan . We will definitely recommend your cottage to friends and family

taking advantage of a last minute change of plans to have a relaxed christmas away , we selected this cottage from sykes website , we were pleased that it would accept our 'custom' booking (four days across christmas) that many wouldn't.

after an easy journey , we were welcomed in person by Brendon and Lois ,shown the cottage and treated to some delicious mulled wine.

the cottage is larger than the pictures suggest ,with a delightfully comfortable bed , beautifully lit for lazy mornings, a cosy living room for evenings by the fire and a clean , smart and con
