Willow Barn is a new barn conversion at Fernhill farm in Wootton Bridge near Ryde on the Isle of Wight that sleeps eight people and has three bedrooms, this good size self catering holiday property is ideal for two families that want to share and enjoy a great value for money self catering holiday home near the popular village of Wootton Bridge. As Willow barn is a newly converted barn, you can enjoy a range of modern appliances conveniences on a farm where there is plenty of space and communal areas for the children to run around and relax. Willow barn is therefore ideal for families with children that need wide-open spaces to run around in and enjoy living.

The interior space at Willow barn is all open plan in the living areas where one space leads directly onto another. The living room has two large sofas that seat three people beach along with two armchairs, set around the feature wood burner and the good size flatscreen TV, this is well presented living area that is perfect for relaxing in during all months. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a range of modern units, newly fitted and contemporary in style complete with a dual fuel oven, gas hob and electric grill as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. To the side of the kitchen is dining area that has a good-sized table and seats eight people comfortably.

There are three bedrooms at Willow barn including the master bedroom that is located on the ground floor with its own access to the garden, the master bedroom has a king-size double bed as well as its own flatscreen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin, ideal for parents to escape and get some peace and quiet. The second bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and an ensuite shower room as well as its own walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is on the first floor complete with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and a freestanding wardrobe. Also on the first floor is a large landing area that has a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed that sleeps two children, the family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a walk-in shower cubicle as well is good sized bath. Willow barn has its own fenced patio area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, beyond patio area of the communal lawn as well as plenty of space the children to run around.
