Description of the holiday cottage

William Street holiday cottage in the Mumbles is a two-bedroom terraced property situated in a quiet location and yet within easy reach of the centre of the Mumbles. This is a popular location, perfect for exploring the many beaches that the Gower has to offer with both Langland and Caswell Bay nearby and offers modern and open plan styled living accommodation, recently renovated and bright and clean throughout. The spacious living area at William Street includes a wood burner with two sofas and is pleasantly furnished offering a modern flatscreen TV with a DVD player. To the rear of one of the sofas is the dining area with a dining table and four chairs where you can enjoy an evening meal together. The separate kitchen includes a built in double electric oven with a separate gas hob, plenty of work surfaces and cupboard space and tiled throughout with a freestanding fridge freezer. There are two bedrooms at William Street including a pretty double bedroom with wooden flooring and double doors that open out onto the Juliet balcony. The second bedroom also has wooden flooring and two single beds with a bedside table and lamp. The family bathroom is on the first floor with a bath and shower over the bath, tiled throughout and has a WC and wash hand basin. From the kitchen, there are patio doors that lead out to the pretty, enclosed courtyard patio area with a table and chairs and flower beds. Access from the rear of the property is a garage with offstreet parking and there is additional parking on the street at the front of the property.
