William Gammon Drive is located in a great position in the village of Limeslade and provides easy access to both Limeslade Bay and Bracelet Bay, perfect for families six looking for modern holiday home, near the beach and the benefit of Mumbles being just a short driveway. The coastal path is nearby and offers a great walk to a variety of locations within the local area. Inside at William Gammon Drive, there is a large and comfortable lounge with fire and wall mounted flatscreen TV as well as an L shaped sofa and separate chair, doors open out and provide access to the rear courtyard. The courtyard itself is enclosed and has outdoor furniture including rattan sofa chairs and picnic bench. To the side the lounge is a good size solid wood table with a bench and chairs that seats six people. The new kitchen has electric oven and hob as well as a washing machine, dishwasher and a stand-alone fridge freezer with water dispenser. There are three bedrooms at William Gammon Drive including a master bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room complete with shower cubicle and a WC as well as a smart TV within the bedroom.
