West Perry Hay is situated just over a mile from the centre of Chideock, tucked away down a country lane and surrounded by fields, two semi-detached cottages recently converted from golden Quarr-stone barns on a working farm. Spacious, stylish and bright cottages in peaceful countryside, well placed for Jurassic Coast fossil hunting.
West Perry Hay: Enclosed lawned garden (table/chairs) on two levels, overlooking a pony paddock and fields beyond, and you are welcome to meet the owners animals, including emus, rheas, pigs, cows, sheep and goats. Steps up to front door at West Perry Hay leading to a spacious utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) and shower-room (wet-room suite).
Large farmhouse-style fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), with breakfast table/chairs for 4. Dining room with lots of room to entertain. Large comfortable living room with, at one end, large stone fireplace (woodburner), leather sofas, double sofa bed and TV/DVD and, at the other end, fun games area with compendium games table (pool table, table tennis, air hockey), darts and French windows to the garden. Upstairs, three bedrooms including a double and two twin, one with en suite shower-room (suite).
