| Cottage Review:
We knew this was going to be basic but we wouldn't have driven the 7 hours had we known just how awful this apartment was. Upon arrival we entered the property to find all 3 beds not made up, with crumpled sheets and looking like they had been slept in complete with body hairs. If this wasn't bad enough the bathroom was dusty with unexplained hairs in the toilet and shower too. We called the owner straight away who admitted he had slept there the week before with his brother but it was ok as they had put sheets down over our duvets so our sheets were effectively clean!!! In addition there was only one cold water tap in the bathroom so we couldn't wash our hands properly all week. In light of the world wide pandemic we were expecting the place to be spotless but it was far from that. A hugely disappointing week which had been booked as a relaxing week away which turned out to be highly stressful needless to say we were all pleased to be back in the comfort of our clean home. Dont waste your money. |
