| Cottage Review:
Very comfortable holiday cottage, spacious with everything you need to self cater. All the beds were really comfortable, we loved the big kitchen with the dining table and spent hours enjoying a meal with a few glasses of wine! Garden was great for the 3 dogs, safe and enclosed. Very cosy cottage. A good base for touring, Kelso worth a visit. Berwick on Tweed not far away. You can also visit Beadnell with its beautiful beach easily. Thie only sounds at night were those made by owls, gorgeous clear starry skies. All in a relaxing week, this place would be |

Just back from a long weekend staying in this cottage and I have to say it was excellent. The cottage is in a lovely hamlet - only houses, no shops or pub so consequently lovely and quiet. All you can hear in the cottage garden is birdsong and yet amenities aren't far away with supermarkets and local stores in Cornhill, Kelso or Berwick. The kitchen is lovely: large, with a dining table, and very well appointed with a great selection of cooking equipment.
