We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this property, which ultimately resulted in our booking being cancelled not once, but twice.

We originally booked this property in December 2025 for a 2-night stay for 7 guests, in preparation for our wedding nearby. At no point during the booking process was there any indication of a minimum 3-night stay requirement. We were able to book, pay, and plan with full confidence that everything was confirmed.

Then, with only two months to go before our wedding, the booking was suddenly cancelled on the basis of a 3 night minimum stay policy that had never been communicated at the time of booking. This alone was incredibly distressing given the importance of the trip and the difficulty of finding suitable accommodation in the area at short notice.

Even more concerning, after we rebooked the property a second time to meet the 3 night minimum stay requirements that had been the previous reason for cancellation, our booking got cancelled a second time, this time with no cancellation reason given. Less than 30 minutes later the property became unavailable for the entire week shortly after our second cancellation. This raises serious concerns about how bookings are managed and whether existing reservations are being honoured fairly.

The timing, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for the impact on guests—especially for something as significant as a wedding—made this an incredibly upsetting experience. Reliable communication and consistency are the bare minimum expectations when booking accommodation, and unfortunately this property did not meet those standards.

I would strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and seek clear written confirmation of all booking terms before relying on this property for important plans.

To the owner, I want to stress the sheer devastation, distress and upset these actions have caused. With 2 months to go, instead of enjoying the lead up to my wedding, I am now desperately searching for a property that meets the same requirements and facing the fact that this is likely impossible. These actions have caused immense upset and stress.
