Description of the self catering property
Self-catering bungalow sleeping 8 located central Rock close to shops. Has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private fully enclosed garden.Best Features
Lovely open-plan interior with oak floors and vaulted ceiling. Two of 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a spacious family bathroom. Kitchen has granite worktops and is well equipped including two fridges. Separate utility room with laundry facilities. Wi-Fi broadband, heating and electricity included in price. The garden has a lawned area as well as a large Cornish stone terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. There is a 'wetsuit wash' facility and rotary clothes line as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Bikes can be stored safely under the eaves at the side of the house. Of-road parking for up to three cars. The cottage is a smoke-free and pet-free zone so should be suitable for most people with allergies to these.

Fantastic property fully equipped with everything you need for a week in Cornwall. However, be prepared to deal with the owner. Wherever possible she will create a phantom issue with the house to retain your deposit. [Added at Editor's discretion] |

We had a fabulous family Christmas, the weather was very kind and we were able to take few walks and visit the beach (good information and places to visit provided). A fantastic well equipped house, attention to detail and thoughtfulness was second to none. |

Location excellent. Ideal safety for children. Everything the brochure says is fact. For me to recommend anything is exceptional and this is. |
