Tree Tops holiday home in Camelford in North Cornwall is a four bedroom holiday let that sleeps up to 6 people, a modern holiday property in the heart of the historic town of Camelford. A perfect location for exploring the North Cornwall coast with Bude to the North and Padstow to the south and Bodmin Moor a short drive away. There are a range of secluded and quiet beaches and coves dotted along the coastline that are unspoiled and accessible by car or through walking the coastal path. Camelford is a town that retains a significant amount of Cornish character with farming being the predominant industry and has a strong sense of community. The pubs, cafes and restaurants and shops in the town are all welcoming and Tree Tops holiday cottage is perfectly situated being in the heart of the town. Tree Tops is a modern property and the interior matches the exterior. The furnishings are modern throughout with a good size smart TV in the lounge with large comfortable sofas with gas central heating to keep you warm in the cooler months. This holiday let also has a DVD player and Wi-Fi. The dining area is set to the side of the kitchen with a large modern table that sleeps six and a shared worktop access making it easy to serve food. The kitchen itself is light, bright and colourful with slate flooring and blue wall tiling, elegant white units with integrated appliances including an electric oven and electric hob as well as a dishwasher. There are four bedrooms at Tree Tops in Camelford including two double bedrooms and a bunk bedroom as well as a king-size bedroom that has its own balcony, excellent views to the treetops, hence the name! Modern, clean and comfortable and perfect for a base for exploring north and central Cornwall. | Cottage Review:
The location was perfect for what we needed, local beaches close by, an absolute must when travelling with a 4 year old. Sadly however, the cottage fell short of our expectations. We arrived with a very excited hungry, thirsty little boy who we couldn't let out of the car until the cottage had been hoovered right through and the kitchen and bathroom cleaned by us, not what you expect when paying good money to stay here. Instructions on how to use appliances etc were nowhere to be found, the freezer was frozen solid and we couldn't even open it, therefore we |
