The Wellhouse in Lyme Regis in West Dorset is a modern designer holiday cottage that sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms in luxury. Set against a stunning lake in 15 acres of grounds including streams and woodland, the Wellhouse holiday cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for families looking for an exclusive styled house in West Dorset. The Wellhouse has an open plan kitchen and dining area complete with designer fittings bespoke to the property. The contemporary style kitchen has a breakfast bar seating 3 people with electric oven and gas hob, dish washer and washing machine. This opens out onto the ground floor open plan sitting room complete with a wood burner and stunning views towards the lake. There is a ground floor bedroom at Wellhouse, exquisitely furnished with oak beams and a large patio door and wood burner. The beautiful bedrooms on the first floor include one double with exposed brickwork walls and a private decked area. There are two bathrooms in total and a shower room along with parking for up to four cars. The Wellhouse is set in a stunning location and is also a dog friendly holiday home near Lyme Regis that accepts up to 2 well behaved dogs. This is a great holiday home, ideally located for exploring West Dorset and East Devon with the many great beaches and Jurassic coast.Best Features
