| Cottage Review:
Great little home from home, clean, tidy and fully equipped. There are 3 properties here which weve used many times and can?t fault them, never had an issue. Good location right next to the A30, hosts are brilliant and really friendly. |

Have stayed in the Wagon House a few times. Lovely double & single bedrooms upstairs with shower room. Everything you need in the kitchen & cosy lounge with big window, also has sofa bed. Lovely big garden with pond, large patio & conservatory. Great for gathering for drinks/bbq if you have friends in the adjoining Shippon & Granary cottages. |

| Cottage Review:
We found the property central to the area we wanted to visit. It was well set out and very quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked a lot for ourselves. We spent most of the time out touring as it was not far from the coast or the moors, but when at the property it was comfortable and had all we needed. |

| Cottage Review:
My husband and I stayed here for a week recently, and had a fabulous time. This lovely quiet retreat is now under new ownership, and the four houses have all been recently updated. Ours was clean, comfortable, cosy, and had all the facilities we needed. It also had a nice patio and garden which would be really useful during the nicer weather! Excellent location, close to Launceston and ideal for all the sights of Cornwall. There is also a decent pub not too far away, I would guess a mile or so. We'll be back! |
