The Smithy, Ivy Tower Village, St. Florence, St Florence, Pembrokeshire, SA70 8NQ

We have just returned from a break away at The Smithy with our 3 year old daughter and my parents. All of us had the perfect break away and the cottage exceeded our expectations. It was so cosy and comfortable, it had everything we could have needed in it and it was very clean and modern (especially the bathroom).

The grounds were perfect for our daughter, she loved the play area and the crazy golf. We couldn?t believe it when we looked in the cupboard in the cottage and found golf clubs/balls, buckets and spades, footballs etc.

The Smithy was in a wonderful location and was very well equipped - literally every utensil/bowl we wondered about whilst preparing meals was in the kitchen somewhere! A welcome gift of wine and biscuits were very much appreciated. There was a shower in place of the advertised bath which was very nice indeed. The indoor pool proved popular with my granddaughter as did the play area and crazy golf. The views as you BBQ are stunning. We have just had a lovely week away staying in The Smithy. On arrival the house was warm and welcoming, with not only tea, coffee and milk in the fridge, but also an Easter Egg and a nice bottle of wine on the side! The Smithy is cosy but clean, comfortable and very well equipped - iron, DVDs, games, tennis rackets etc. The highlight for the children was the pool which is warm and well maintained.
