Situated in the tranquil and peaceful foothills of the Cheviots on a privately owned estate, the former school, once used solely for children of families living and working in the College Valley, has been completely transformed into a well equipped self catering bungalow. Vehicle access into the valley is restricted making this is the ideal location for those seeking to escape the stresses and strains of modern life. The surrounding landscape was shaped 350 million years ago from volcanic activity.Best Features

Located in the peaceful surrounding of The College Valley.
