To the rear of the property, you will find your own outdoor heated swimming pool with steps that lead down into the pool and patio furniture to the side, ideal for families looking to have a holiday cottage with an exclusive pool use. The luxury features carry on inside the property where you will find a stunning kitchen complete with its own breakfast island along with a double oven and large ceramic hob, stunningly presented with quality built in appliances including a dishwasher. Accessed directly from the kitchen is the family room that has a contemporary table and chairs that seats four people as well as a corner unit that seats six, a large, modern wall mounted flatscreen TV with Sky and its own wood burner. There is direct access through the French doors onto the balcony with distant views out towards the ocean. The main sitting room has two sofas and sofa chairs with French windows that open out onto the veranda with direct access into the garden. The superbly presented and spacious dining room has a formal table and chairs that seats up to 10 people with a period fireplace and wood flooring. There are four bedrooms in total at The Rise including three on the first floor that feature a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom that has a bath and a super king-size bed in the bedroom. The other two bedrooms on the first floor include a king-size bedroom and twin bedroom with a zip and link bed. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase and has two single beds and an ensuite washroom with its own balcony that offers superb views.
