Description of the cottage holiday
Nestled in the roof of the main barn building, the Nest is bursting with character and comes with a sublime view across towards Abingdon town, perfect for sunset viewing! The high ceiling and full height window fill the Nest’s open plan living area with natural light making it bright and spacious.
To the back of the apartment with more privacy, there is a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The Nest is pet friendly, please let us know if you are bringing your dog along to stay.
Best Features
From the entrance hall, climb the stairs to discover the beautiful living room and spectacular window connecting you with the surrounding countryside. Although small, in The Nest you have everything you need; starting with a well equipped kitchen, dining table, comfy sofas and smart TV, and leading back to the generous double bedroom and bathroom, complete with a deep bath. Outside The Nest you will find your own very private decking area and shared lawns you are welcome to enjoy.
Kingfisher Barn enjoys a prime position just a short stroll from the River Thames and the historic market town of Abingdon, with Oxford only eight miles away (excellent bus links available)
