We were a party of six adults and after waiting to get in the house finally did so at 3.45 to find a very foisty smell in the house. The master bedroom shower was not very hot, good job we hit on warm weather,and the mixer tap in the hand basin didn't give any cold water just hot.The twin room just had dated hand basin and toilet, no shower. Couldnt really sit in the conservatory due to the fact that the roof was covered in rubbish and made the inside very dark. The games room was very dingy and pool table wobbly. Where do I begin on the outside, double glazing shot, filthy windows, doors, stuff hanging out of gutter, broken garden lamps just strewn about the garden. We were looking forward to going out in the boat and we did enjoy this to an extent. It was a disappointment that this too was filthy and also kept sounding a high pitched alarm to warn us it was overheating and we had to stop and wait until it went off, very annoying

Overall this place is very dated and run down and needs some attention from the people supposed to be looking after it.

Due to stay here for a week but left after 3 days. Extremely dirty. Games rooms was dingy with broken pool table and dart board. Didn’t cook there due to everything from tiles, floor cupboards and oven full of grime. I spoke to the man who rented this property but he was not interested. Keep away from this cottage

Cleanliness was terrible. It was stated there was a freezer, but this was switched off and moldy. It Stated a dart board but it was falling apart, Stated there was a dished washer but this didn't work. Every time we used the washing machine the drainage caused the cottage smell. We complained and was told they would be there to sort all the issues out.....They never did.

We emailed too .....Nothing.....please avoid
