Description of the holiday cottage
Margaret & Jim welcome you to Lower Day Cottages directly overlooking the Wenlock Edge. The location is entirely rural with magnificent panoramic views. The Jack Mytton Way runs along the Wenlock Edge offering the accessibility of up to 100 miles of walking, horse-riding and cyclying through some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain. The Long Mynd in Church Stretton and The Stiperstones beyond also offer a great variety of circular walks ideal for the hill-walking enthusiast combining the day with a pub lunch or a picnic. Both The Long Barn and Granary Cottage are Shropshire Tourism four-star graded. They are located on either side of the original farm courtyard and have ample off-road parking and separate private gardens. We are centrally located for those wishing to visit the market towns of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and The Ironbridge Gorge Visitor Centre and close enough for day trips to mid and north Wales.Best Features

| Cottage Review:
Beautiful bungalow set in the lovely country side, a car is needed for visiting the many historic towns. The bungalow is spacious, clean with all the comforts. We were all so glad we chose the long barn, Margaret & James were helpful with advice when needed. Thank you both for a lovely stay. |
