| Cottage Review:
Booked at the last minute as there was a window of availability. Contacted the owner by phone prior to arriving, (much earlier than normal check in time) after booking which was pre agreed without any issue. ?The Granary? is on a working farm in the small village of Askham. It?s a great place to get away from it all but equally it?s easy to get to places to visit if you want. The standard of accommodation is really very well done and creates a cosy, traditional yet contemporary feel. Everything we needed to cook was there. There?s even friendly cats, a |

| Cottage Review:
Spent a lovely weekend in the upstairs apartment of this building, and Sue the owner was kind enough to let us have a look at this one as well. They are beautiful apartments and so well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Set in a beautiful countryside location the grounds are immaculate and Sue and her daughter are lovely hosts. I would stay here again and would recommend to anybody looking for a few days in the country. |
