| Cottage Review:
First impressions were not good - check-in was supposed to be at 3:00, we arrived at 3:15 to be told by the receptionist at the Expanse Hotel (where you collect the keys) that the Apartment was not ready, had not been cleaned. No explanation, no apology ! She said we could have a drink in the bar whilst we waited but did not offer complementary drinks, we had no option but to do this and finally received the keys at 4:45. After that things picked up 100% ! The apartment is amazing, bright, large, airy rooms, modern kitchen, comfortable beds and a wonderful v |
