| Cottage Review:
Awful awful awful. I booked a anniversary stay at Deck House Beadnell, OMG it was dirty and that dirt had been there since it's last bad review in June. Also, houses being built next door, which they claim is of no disturbance, video evidence and they actually have had numerous complaints, because they sent an email to me instead of the owner by mistake. You can't sit outside or have the windows open They knew about the noise and choose to scam us of £1100 instead of telling us and giving us a choice. 6k members of a Unhappy customers Facebook group can't be wrong. Owner and Sykes don't care and only take your money. This house should not be a holiday home and they need new cleaners. But don't book this house, unless you want a spoiled holiday and to waste your monies. We have to now take the owner to court as Sykes washed their hands of it's customers any which way it can. Funny how they don't put the bad reviews on their own page on Sykes, loads of complaints and none get published. If this house is dirty report it straight away and take them to court |
