Excellent cottage, amazing views, well equipped couldn't ask for more. Brian Julie and Angela couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely brilliant hosts. Second visit here in 5 years and they remembered us and there generosity is second to none. Cant recommended the Byre enough. Wonderful company amazing place. |

| Cottage Review:
A beautifully decorated, immaculate property with all the home comforts you could wish for. You can sit on the private patio overlooking rolling countryside and watch the sun set. The owners were helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Easily accessibly for many of the Peak District's villages and attractions. Would highly recommend staying here - Fabulous place. |

Idyllic place to stay. We can't praise this enough. The facilities were great, the cottage and it's decor were stunning. A wonderful welcome from the owners. Not one fault other than we should have stayed longer! Will definitely go back. |

The Byre is situated on a narrow quit country lane near the village of Hollington and is a very nice barn convertion adjacent to the owners cottage. Brian & Julie have done a great job renovating the area, along with other members of their family, and continue to make improvements, which are in no way intrusive to any "rentees" such as us. The cottge as lovely views of the countryside with sheep grazing in the adjacent field and a nosey male Alpaca looking in from over a far fence of the animal rescue farm next door.
