on the beach in Kingsand, a large, semi-detached Georgian house, renovated and decorated to an extremely high standard befitting its idyllic waterside location. It is a smart, stylish, excellent quality property with fantastic sea views from every floor. It has a bright nautical style with three sea-facing terraces and oak flooring throughout the main house.Sleeps: from 0 to 8

| Cottage Review: A wonderful house in a lovely location. (I would suggest a maximum of 3 couples rather than 8 people as the basement bedroom is not viable). | |||||

| Cottage Review: The house is situated in the tranquil and beautiful bay of Kingsand, which is even more stunning when you arrive than it looks on this site. The facilities offered are excellent - as is the decor and quality of the building. Our party of 6 had a fantastic week here and have immediately considered re-booking for a future break. Although no parking on site is available, the village parking is a short 2 minute walk away and was more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend this property to all, including those with young families. | |||||
