The property is in a prime location in a peaceful close, literally just across the road from the sea edge, and only a brief walk from the main shops and restaurants of this small seaside town. A parade of local shops including a newsagent and grocers, and a pub is only a 5 minute walk away. New owners have recently fully refurbished the cottage to a high standard of presentation. South facing, this relaxing holiday home from home, will want you returning time and time again. With stunning panoramic views of Seaford’s two mile long beach, the sun-filled spacious lounge provides a comfortable seating area. There is a LCD TV with SKY+ TV package, digital radio, and a DVD player. With access out onto the large deck terrace in the enclosed front garden, with a set of table and chairs, you have the perfect place to enjoy ‘alfresco’ evening meals watching the sun set. Two sunloungers are also available to enjoy your sunny days out on the terrace. There is a formal dining table and chairs that will sit 4 people. The modern fitted sleek galley style kitchen provides everything you need to self cater with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and ample storage. On the ground floor there is also a separate WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs the main bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of built in wardrobes for clothes, and more stunning views overlooking the beach. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have plenty of storage space, and a hairdryer available. The fully tiled contemporary bathroom has a bath with shower over, a pedestal basin and WC. Gas central heating is throughout the property.
