Description of the cottage holiday
This converted 19th century barn retains its natural stone walls, beams and other features. It sits on a south facing hillside and is surrounded by fields, and woodland and enjoys dramatic views over Pennine scenery. The tranquil setting is perfect for families, couples and friends wanting to explore Yorkshire at its best. The first floor accommodation sleeps 4 people in it's two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). There is an open plan living and dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There is direct access from The Barn onto a network of pack-horse trails and footpaths, ideal for walking and mountain biking. Among other attractions, The Yorkshire Dales, Peak District and York are all easily accessible. There are excellent pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.Best Features
