| Cottage Review:
My family rented this cottage as a surprise for my 60th birthday. We had an amazing weekend. This cottage had everything and more. I loved the beach theme throughout, the local produce welcome pack. The amazing lounge area with the log burner for a cosy night in, listening to our music and playing games. The accommodation was clean and well presented. The beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We were able to take a walk to the beach within minutes, so this cottage is in an excellent position. The lounge area had beautiful views over the bay. I could go on. We were so pleased and happy with our stay. I enjoyed being together under one roof with my family in a beautiful, relaxing cottage. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we WILL be back. Thank you |

| Cottage Review:
Our weekend away here was just perfect. The cottage is well equipped, with everything you need to hand. Inc all kitchen crockery/utensils/washing up stuff/dishwasher/dishwasher tablets/washing machine/iron/ironing board/kitchen roll/tea towels/ linen/ bath towels... I could go on. We really didn’t need to bring anything with us, just our own toiletries. On arrival there was milk and clotted cream in the fridge, and a basket with scones, bread, jam and tea waiting on the windowsill. Such lovely touches, that we weren’t expecting. The cottage is so homely, with personal items around the home which make you feel welcome Ie beautiful art work, unique lamps and candles. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, which is just beautiful. We are lunch at ‘The Mermaid’. The food was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend grabbing some lunch there. The cottage was a perfect size for our family of 6, being able to socialise in the living area on the second floor allowed anyone who was sleeping to remain undisturbed downstairs. The owner was easily contactable, really putting us at ease during our stay, as we knew if we needed anything we could contact him. The log fire is just amazing, really makes the cottage cosy and warm. There were plenty of logs left for us at the cottage, but because we wanted to keep it burning for long periods we nipped to Aldi to pick up some more treated logs. A taxi to Newquay town centre took 5 mins and cost £9.50, and we were able to order a take away ‘Indian’ from Newquay that delivered free of charge. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely come back. We will also be recommending this to our family who are looking for a summer holiday vacation.
