| Cottage Review:
The apartment is actually situated on a building site. There is supposed to be parking for two cars but there is only parking for one. There is a view of the river mouth but only if you stand at the window - it cannot be seen when you sit down. The apartment is spacious but shabby. There is no signal for the television. The sensor lights do not work in the hallway. The apartment is reached by a narrow staircase with several turns - this is the only access - does this pass fire regulations? The interior fire escape has been blocked off and has no escape stairs - there are no instructions for what to do in the event of a fire. |
