| Cottage Review:
The positives Very modern, clean and airy open plan apartment. Kitchen well equipped with appliances. Shower is excellent and bed is comfortable. Ideally placed for visiting the attractions in the area eg Chisel Beach, Osprey Quay, Henry VIII?s gun fort, Weymouth etc. Large supermarket 4 to 5 minutes drive. Negatives The sofas look very nice but are uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The apartment is advertised as having a ?view? or having a balcony ? to watch the world go by?. It has a very spacious balcony but to the right are neglected apartments, to the left a dilapidated block of flats that looks like it should be demolished. The ?view? is of a hill with houses on it. Access to the gym and pool needs to be applied for but there are no instructions in the information book in the apartment, after emailing for advice, filling out an online form , we were never contacted and given access. We felt the rental for the week was expensive but the pool and gym access plus a good view would be worth it. We got neither ! |
