We booked Star House as a nice week away after our abroad holiday was cancelled. We wanted to go some where special and we love Cornwall so much that we were even happier we found Star house. The Accommodation was fantastic, plus Tamsin & Matt were great as they ran the shop directly underneath and were so helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine which went down very well. The accommodation was split over two floors and had a lovely kitchen come dining room. Wow! Star House was a great find. We spent a fantastic week here in February 2018. The rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Amazing views from each room - especially the top bedroom - overlooking St Michael's Mount and the causeway. The property was well resourced in all aspects of the property - for example bleach and hand soap for the toilets/bathroom, washing up liquid for the kitchen, etc - even a welcome bunch of daffodil blooms and bottle of Prosecco - and for those who wanted to cook in - which we often do - the kitchen utensils were |
