small cottage (ground floor flat) good acess to walks, beach, golf course and town. We will be visiting / staying in Warkworth again!!!

Cottage Review:  

property is advertised as a cottage on one level, it is in fact a ground floor flat,2nd floor flat above is for sale! you get alot of noise from the above acomadation as well as road noise,the flat is located on the main coast road. The kitchen has recently been updated, the living room was adequate, (few issues with the TV) bedroom again adequate (own bedding used as the bed and beding provided smelt musty) bathroom very poor (gruby and dirty) the whole flat is in need of a good clean!!!
