Five star holiday apartment in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building. Ideally located near Hotham Park, Butlins, Bognor's Blue Flag beach and the town centre. Superbly furnished and luxuriously appointed. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday on the South Coast.Best Features
With it's gated entrance and beautifully maintained communal gardens, Spencer Terrace apartment is a relaxing location for a holiday by the sea.
Spencer Terrace is very spacious and is finished to a high degree, using only the best materials, from the luxurious carpets to the Laura Ashley curtains and accessories. It really is a place to spoil yourself whilst on holiday.
The generous master bedroom has built in wardrobes, a walk in closet and a luxurious en-suite. The best bit though, is the original Juliet balcony overlooking the stunning gardens. The other two bedrooms are large singles and are furnished to the same high standard. All our beds are new and are made up ready for a relaxing nights sleep using the finest Egyptian cotton linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, we even have a chocolate fountain! We have also installed digital TV and free wireless broadband with BT Vision. Or if you fancy some music, just plug in your own iPod into the dock provided.
