Speedwell is ideally located in the heart of Charlestown, Charlestown is a world heritage site, a picture postcard port that is featured in a range of films and television programmes. The gorgeous traditional Cornish harbour area reflects the heritage and trade that the harbour was provided for the local area with a range of gorgeous Georgian houses that have been immaculately preserved. Incredibly popular as a tourist destination, there are some superb restaurants and places to eat in the village, there is also plenty going on throughout the year with the Phoenix being a major tourist attraction.

There is a renovated modern kitchen complete with an electric oven and gas hob, all standard appliances including a fridge, freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. The enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property is accessed from the dining area and has patio furniture and a bench, gravelled and slabbed and is enclosed, ideal for families with pets.
