You will instantly appreciate the subtle blends of modern day living and comfort which mould together perfectly into this reverse level house. On the ground floor, the bedrooms provide a perfect area for sleep and relaxation, whilst on the first floor you will find a large open plan living space which includes a kitchen and dining area. From here you can open sliding doors onto a large glass frameless balcony where you can dine, relax and enjoy the vista.'

During summer, you can witness the parade of thousands of yachts competing in various sailing regattas and the Round the Island race from the comfort of your own balcony whilst treating yourself to some wine. There’s also a useful separate laundry/utility room for when you’ve just got straight off the beach.

Solent Lawns is a short walk away from the village shops, the Water’s Edge Caf', Gurnard Green with a children pirate park, The Woodvale Pub and the popular award winning Little Gloster restaurant.
