| Cottage Review:
We had booked our first trip away with our dog and liked the look of Seagulls Retreat. My brother came with us and we had a lovely stay until we arrived home. And we were charged for missing items from a plastic picnic set and excess damage to the toilet bin. We were charged £46.95 for this. I can confirm that the picnic set only had two bowls present, we did not look at the rest of the set. If we had knowingly damaged the bin we would have replaced it. NOTE TO SELF AND LESSON LEARNT... take photos when you first arrive of everything and everywhere!!! Going forward we will be sure to take photos wherever we stay. |
