The rear of the property is as equally spectacular with a huge lawned area that has three separate seating areas including a raised patio area to the rear with garden furniture. Close to the house is the outdoor hot tub with sun loungers to the side and directly accessible from the house is the patio area with patio table and chairs. Inside Sea View House in Southgate, this luxurious holiday home is full of surprises. The stunning kitchen complete with breakfast bar that seats four people has the most modern facilities including an American-style fridge freezer, two integrated ovens and two dishwashers. If you do decide to cook on your holiday, your family and friends can sit by and have a chat without getting in the way. There is a second double bedroom on the first floor that also has its own ensuite shower room and two further bedrooms including a twin and bunk bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room. The final bedroom is on the second floor, great views from this king-size bedroom that has its own ensuite bathroom with WC and wash hand basin.
