Description of the self catering property
This cottage has been furnished in a modern style, with oak flooring and leather seating for 5 in the living room. There is also a flat screen TV with integrated DVD, and a library of books, DVDs and games for guests' use. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with ice box), washing machine, toaster, kettle and digital radio. The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms: one master bedroom with excellent sea views, and one twin room with views over the woodlands to the rear. There are two outside eating spaces: the breakfast patio (for morning sun) to the rear (seats 4), and the sea-facing garden patio to the front, with BBQ facilities. The garden to the front opens out to a very large communal garden shared by all cottages in the row. In winter, the cottages is heated by storage heaters, and also by the open fire in the living room. There are also modern oil filled radiators. There is also a travel cot and high chair available on request.Best Features
