Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Guests can load/unload and park in the lower half of the street (2 minute walk from the cottage) at any time. There is parking available in the upper half of the street before 6am and after 8pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. There is also additional parking in neighbouring streets. Bike storage. Front, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, restaurants, cinema and beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property does not accept infants or children under 14.
