Rose Cottage is a three bedroom holiday cottage in the village of Middleton near to Rhossili on the Gower and sleeps six people and does not accept pets. Ideal for a family looking for easy access to the beaches at Rhossili and Llangennith, renovated throughout and offering comfortable accommodation in a period property with large gardens to the front and the rear and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. This holiday cottage is well presented and offers a perfect base for exploring the south and west coasts of the Gower, surrounded by the beautiful natural moorland of the Gower and perfect for beach based and family holidays on the surfing beaches at Rhossili and Llangennith. The warm and cosy lounge at Rose Cottage has a log burner to keep warm in the winter along with two comfortable sofas and flatscreen TV. There is a modern kitchen that is tiled throughout and has been recently renovated with a dining room to the side that has table and chairs sitting six people. From dining room, there are French doors that open out into the rear garden. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will find the fridge freezer, washer dryer and other facilities in the nearby utility room. All of the bedrooms at Rose Cottage are on the first floor and they include two double bedrooms and a set of bunk bedrooms with additional Z bed should this be required. Bedrooms are fully furnished and include a variety of bedroom furniture including freestanding wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and the family bathroom is also on the first floor with a bath and a shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin. To the front of the property, there is plenty of parking for up to 3 cars, a lawned area with a seat at the side. To the rear of the property is a patio area with a table and seating for up to 8 people and a large lawned area, plenty of space for the family to enjoy fun and games after a day at the beach.
