Description of the cottage holiday
Rose Cottage is roughly two miles from St Tudy and St Kew and 10 miles from sand and surfing beaches at Rock and Polzeath, one of two 18th century cottages, situated on a wooded lane, 300 yards from one of the prettiest stretches of the A39 (bluebell woods). At the front of Rose Cottage near St Tudy, there is a gravelled parking area and, at the back, each has its own large, enclosed garden. Thirty yards along the lane are 100 acres of private woodland to walk or cycle. The river Allen flows through it (tiddler fishing). The cottages belong to the Lamellen Estate. Rose Cottage is close to St Tudy and has a small hall, a living room with woodburner, table/chairs and TV/DVD; kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with table/chairs seating 6 if one group books both cottages, and stable doors to garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms including a double (TV/DVD), and a twin (truckle); shower-room (suite). Rose Cottage sleeps maximum of 4, including babies.Sleeps: 4
