Description of the holiday cottage
Rocklee House is a self catering holiday home in St Mawes, just above the harbour and within the historic heart of the village, a detached period family house close to beaches, shops and the harbour. At the front, pretty flowers and shrubs; to the back, a small, private, enclosed patio (table/chairs) with landscaped plant border and open tread steps up to decked balcony (table/chairs) with a wonderful view of the sea. Inside Rocklee House holiday cottage in St Mawes, well furnished with good pictures and estuary views from most windows. Entrance porch; open-plan living/dining room (TV/DVD) with woodburner; fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with breakfast bar; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to patio; shower-room (suite). Steep stairs up to three bedrooms including a double bedroom with a door to balcony, a twin, and a room with two singles, all with estuary views. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Parking for one car. A good location for coastal walks and beaches (three within 5 minutes' walk).Sleeps: 6
